Keep the system you already run and have us improve and fix it. Fixed price, low commitment,
no disruption. Start with Step 1 for A$1,200 and continue only if you are happy.
What is included
- Step 1 (start here), A$1,200: password and encryption on the database, an encrypted off site backup, and we correct the $903M phantom loan and the 199% split loans. About a week.
- Step 2, A$2,300: reconcile the $436k of unmatched lender payments, switch the monthly run to calculate off the real balances, add the review and reconciliation checks, and fix the known bugs. About two weeks.
- Optional, A$350/month: we run and oversee the monthly commission process, keep the backups healthy, and send a monthly scorecard.
